Protect your new fitness equipment and minimize downtime with Gymtech 360’s Extended Labor Warranties. Designed for residential, light commercial, and full commercial facilities, our extended coverage seamlessly takes over exactly when your manufacturer’s labor warranty expires. 

We offer flexible extended labor terms based on your facility type and equipment. Coverage is categorized by Treadmills and All Other Equipment.

How the Coverage Works

• Seamless Transition: New units come with a standard labor warranty from the manufacturer. Your Gymtech 360 extended labor warranty becomes active the moment the manufacturer's labor warranty expires.

• Labor Only: This warranty is strictly for labor. While your new unit also comes with a manufacturer parts warranty, our extended coverage does not cover the cost of replacement parts once that manufacturer parts warranty expires.

Requirements & Exclusions

• Registration Required: To be eligible for service, your unit must be registered with us.

• Serial Numbers: You must provide both the base and console serial numbers for the equipment.

• Exclusions: Please note that attached or integrated TVs/displays are not eligible for this labor warranty.

Service Visits & Travel Policies

To ensure prompt and professional service, please note our travel and scheduling policies for all warranty visits:

• Business Hours: Warranty service is only offered during regular business hours.

• Trip Charges: A mandatory standard trip charge applies to every service visit.

• Travel Radius & Mileage: * Service includes up to 35 miles of travel (one way) from our shop located at 6411 Allegheny.

  • An additional mileage fee applies for any distance over the initial 35 miles.

  • We service a maximum travel limit of 120 miles.
