We offer flexible extended labor terms based on your facility type and equipment. Coverage pricing is based on a percentage of the unit price.

Important Coverage Terms & Details

 

Please review the following requirements, eligibility rules, and limitations for pre-owned equipment coverage:

  • The Bolt 90-Day Warranty: All pre-owned units have a built-in 90-day warranty from the date of purchase from Bolt. Your extended warranty becomes active immediately after this initial Bolt warranty expires.

  • Purchase Eligibility Window: You must purchase this extended coverage within the first 90 days of your original purchase date from Bolt.

  • Parts Allowance: Repairs made under this extended warranty may utilize either new or refurbished replacement parts.

  • Service Hours: Services are only offered during regular business hours.

  • Registration Required: The unit must be fully registered. You are required to provide both the base and console serial numbers for coverage.

  • Exclusions: Integrated or attached TVs are not eligible for this warranty.

  • Per-Visit Fees: The mandatory trip charge and any applicable additional mileage fees will apply to every service visit under this warranty.
