Our solution is simple. A monthly service membership. A dedicated technician visits your facility either once or twice per month to ensure your equipment runs at peak performance. This practical approach helps you prevent costly breakdowns, extend equipment life, maintain safety and compliance, and keep operations running smoothly.

What Comes With The Monthly Service Membership

 

Routine Inspections & Testing

Once or twice each month (depending on your package), a dedicated technician visits your facility to thoroughly test all equipment. We perform preventative failure inspections to catch potential issues before they become costly failures.

Essential Lubrication

Your technician will lubricate treadmill running belts once per month and address problematic strength equipment as needed using Gym Tech 360-provided lubricants to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Cable & Belt Replacements

We proactively inspect for frayed or broken cables and belts on strength equipment. Damaged components are replaced during the visit. (Your membership includes a set amount of replacement cables/belts per month).

On-Site Adjustments & Minor Repairs

The technician will complete small repairs and fine-tune adjustments during the visit to maintain high safety standards and return equipment to proper working condition whenever possible.

Comprehensive Diagnostics

If a machine cannot be repaired quickly, the technician performs a full diagnostic and documents all findings—including detailed notes, photos, or videos to clearly outline the issue and support repair recommendations.

Detailed Reporting & Estimates

After every monthly visit, Gym Tech 360 provides a detailed service report outlining the work performed. If additional repairs are required, a clear and comprehensive estimate is provided alongside the report.

Preferred Customer Pricing

As a monthly service member, you receive preferred customer pricing, including a 5% discount on all parts and labor for any follow-up visits or additional major repairs.
